Welcome Builders, Developers, and Homeowners
Whether you’re building, developing, or thinking of a renovation or new build, I’m here to help.
From Concept to Permit
This is where your vision takes shape. Whether you have sketches, plans, or just an idea, I’ll help clarify your project’s scope and possibilities. If you're planning an extension, I’ll begin with an on-site measure to document the existing conditions and understand how your current spaces work. This stage is ideal if you're unsure where to begin or feel stuck—it’s a clear, guided first step forward.
PRE - DESIGN & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
2.
This is where your concept becomes a clear plan. I’ll develop your ideas into a set of drawings that can be used for planning permits, dispensations, build-over-easement approvals, preliminary builder estimates, and more. I can also assist with council applications and correspondence, helping streamline the approval process so your project can move ahead with confidence.
This is the final stage—where your plans become build-ready. I’ll prepare a detailed set of technical drawings, signed off by me as a registered building practitioner, which is a requirement for obtaining a building permit. These documents form part of your building contract and guide your builder or contractor on site. If you have existing plans or ideas but need help getting them ready for construction, feel free to get in touch.

About me
Hi, I’m Woy — a registered building designer with 8+ years in architectural design and over 20 years in the broader construction industry. I work with homeowners, builders, and developers to create spaces that are functional, buildable, and visually engaging—whether it’s a new home, renovation, or multi-unit development.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world knowledge. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and deliver clear, buildable solutions—without unnecessary complexity.
If you’re after a designer who combines experience with creativity, let’s talk.
